Sales and Returns

I do my best to ensure that my products are of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, for say wrong size or colour, I am always happy to replace it like for like or give a refund voucher

Special Orders and Delivery

I can normally get most products that I do not happen to have in stock within 2 days. Sometimes even overnight. Customised items or brands I do not normally stock, I can usually get within 5 - 10 days.

Demo Equipment

I always have a wide range of ex-demonstration for sale and will happily consider trade-in of second hand equipment provided it is less than five year's old and is a recognised brand. This can be used against a trade in of clubs or against any golf stock in store.

I have excellent supply arrangements

If I don't have the exact item you require, I will place an express order which normally arrives within a few days. This also means that I can maintain the best prices and ensure prompt deliveries.
