Welcome to Birchwood Golf Club's Suites...

We have 2 conference suites available for corporate events. The size of the rooms allow us to host conferences for numbers ranging from a small meeting to a full conference of up to 180 people seated theatre style. We offer the facilities for meetings, presentations, and most other corporate events. Please use the telephone number below to make enquiries about availability.

XIX Suite

The XIX Suite is the medium sized room and has an adjoining conservatory and decking area outside. It has capacity for 80 people with a view overlooking the golf course. Prices to hire the room are as follows.

Full day hire 0900 - 1700 £ 150.00
Half day hire 0900 - 1200 £ 100.00
Half day hire 1300 - 1700 £ 100.00
Evening Hire 1800 - 2300 £ 100.00

Mayflower suite

The Mayflower is the largest room which can accomodate up to 180 people seated theatre style. Prices to hire the room are as follows.

Full day hire 0900 - 1700 £ 200.00
Half day hire 0900 - 1200 £ 120.00
Half day hire 1300 - 1700 £ 120.00
Evening hire 1800 - 2300 £ 120.00

Additional extras

We can offer the following chargeable extras if you require them:

  • Access to the building prior to 09:00 £20 per hour
  • Flip chart and pad £5.00
  • 4 Flip chart pens £7.00
  • Full day projector hire £40.00
  • Catering for your Conference
  • Tea/Coffee with biscuits - £1.50 per person
  • Breakfast Catering from - £3.50 per person
  • Lunches from £6.00 per person, 
  • Why not finish your conference with a game of golf ( subject to availability at £20 per person).

Regrettably The golf course will be closed for the foreseeable future after the announcement last night by the Prime Minister. This is in the best interests of all golfers safety and the safety of all your families. Please stay at home and stay safe this isn’t a practice session. This is REAL.
